Due to the  size of the meeting venue, on health & safety grounds the capacity is limited to a maximum of 10 people per meeting. Members of the public are advised to inform the Council of their intention to attend to aid with meeting arrangements. The Clerk or Chair of the Parish Council should be contacted so we can arrange an alternative venue to cater for the required attendance levels.

Parish Council meetings are planned to take place around every six weeks and are normally held in the early evening on a weekday night.

Meetings are held in the council offices based at Media House, Burnley Road, Altham.

Free car parking is available around the building.

If you turn up after the start time of the meeting, entry may not be possible with doors of the building being locked.
