THE CORONATION OF HIS MAJESTY KING CHARLES III
The Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III and Her Majesty the Queen Consort takes place on May 6th 2023.
People from across the UK and the Commonwealth will come together to celebrate. The Coronation programme includes the procession and service at Westminster Abbey on Saturday 6 May, the ‘Coronation Big Lunch’ across the country on Sunday 7 May (with a concert taking place in Windsor in the evening), and ‘The Big Help Out’ community activity on Monday 8 May.
Altham Parish Council would like to take this opportunity to wish His Majesty King Charles a long and successful reign and our good wishes go to His Majesty and and Her Majesty the Queen Consort.
